Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Veduka Tales mobile application operated by Veduka Tales ("we", "us", or "our").
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the App.
1. USE OF THE APP
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
1.2 Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@vedukatales.com of any unauthorised use.

2. BOOKINGS AND ORDERS
2.1 Placing an order
When you place a booking through the App, you are entering into an agreement with the decoration vendor to provide services at your specified event venue and date.
2.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice; the price at the time of booking confirmation applies.
2.3 Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By completing a payment, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout. We do not store your card or banking details.
2.4 Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies are subject to the vendor's terms and the time of cancellation relative to the event date. Please review cancellation terms before confirming your booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.
3. VENDOR SERVICES
3.1 Vendors listed on the App are independent service providers. Veduka Tales acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or timeliness of the services delivered by vendors.
3.2 Vendors are responsible for completing orders as agreed, uploading job completion photos, and maintaining professional conduct.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content in the App — including logos, graphics, text, and software — is the property of Veduka Tales or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veduka Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or any services booked through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
7. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veduka Tales, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
9. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
